Please take note of the maximum capacity of the Bell Tents before booking to avoid disappointment

We will email or call you once payment has cleared to confirm your booking and to check how many beds you require, if any

Your tent rental will start on Friday 5th June 2026 and end on Monday 8th June 2026 unless by prior arrangement

Please vacate your tent by 11am on the Monday

Single airbeds are included at no extra cost to ‘furnished’ tents

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:

Single camping beds - £30 per bed

Double Futon with tufted mattress- £50 per bed

When we contact you after your booking confirmed, we will discuss with you the option to upgrade to camping or futons beds. Once your choice is made, we will issue a separate invoice for any extra fees

3m Bell Tent:

EMPTY: An empty 3m Bell Tent with an entrance tray for your muddy boots & shoes and bunting set up, ready for you to bring in your own beds, mattresses and/or bedding

FURNISHED: A 3m Bell Tent with rugs, bedding, blankets, battery operated lamp, foot pump (in case your airbed needs topping up), entrance tray for your muddy boots & shoes and bunting

MAX CAPACITY: 2 single air beds/camping beds

4m Bell Tent:

EMPTY: An empty 4m Bell Tent with an entrance tray for your muddy boots & shoes and bunting set up, ready for you to bring in your own beds, mattresses and/or bedding

FURNISHED: A 4m Bell Tent with rugs, bedding, blankets, battery operated lamp, foot pump (in case your airbed needs topping up), entrance tray for your muddy boots & shoes and bunting

MAX CAPACITY: 3 single air beds/camping beds OR 1 double futon + 1 single airbed/camping bed

5m Bell Tent:

EMPTY: An empty 5m Bell Tent with an entrance tray for your muddy boots & shoes and bunting set up, ready for you to bring in your own beds, mattresses and/or bedding

FURNISHED: A 5m Bell Tent with rugs, bedding, blankets, battery operated lamp, foot pump (in case your airbed needs topping up), entrance tray for your muddy boots & shoes and bunting

MAX CAPACITY: 4 single airbeds/camping beds OR 1 double futon + 2 single airbeds/camping beds OR 2 double futons
